TESSA LANG & JOHANNES SCHWAIGERCO-FOUNDERS
Tessa Lang and Johannes Schwaiger have been recognized worldwide for their versatility and achievement in opera, musical theater, concert stage, recording, research and teaching. They both completed their graduate studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Munich, Germany, where they met. They have been featured in major journals and primetime television for their humanitarian work in transcending diversity through music, and incorporating a sound understanding of the emotional and spiritual aspects underlying artistic drive.

Tessa and Johannes collaborate with health care professionals in the management of vocal performers. Through observation and direct tutelage, they target and interpret the essential components of voice evaluation. Tessa and Johannes are sought-after by major performing artists internationally, as well as young musicians, actors, dancers and entrepreneurs for their specialized training and physical integration of voice production and projection.

They maintain a private voice studio in New York City.

NINA RICCARDI
Nina Riccardi, LCSW is a clinical social worker working as a staff psychotherapist and the director of Professional Development at Cathedral Counseling Center in Chicago, IL.
She also facilitates support groups for both Gilda’s Club and the Panic and Anxiety Recovery Center and is excited to have recently joined the Therapy Players, Chicago’s only all-therapist improv ensemble.
KARL D. RABKE
KARL D. RABKE
Karl Rabke is recognized for his impact in helping Fortune and Early Stage companies operationalize and effectively execute to achieve their vision. Most recently Karl has been focused on intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial advisory in the non-profit, faith-based and public sector markets. Mr. Rabke is recipient of the 2012 New Jersey Human Relations Council’s Distinguished Achievement Award for his contributions promoting diversity and unity.
